Ingredient Measurement Conversion Guide (Cooking Equivalents & Kitchen Reference)

I started pulling this Ingredient Measurement Conversion Guide together while digging through old cookbooks, church cookbooks, pantry guides, and vintage kitchen references. I realized a lot of these books had helpful little measurements and they were hard to find when you actually needed them.

This is basically my running master list of ingredient measurements, cooking equivalents, package sizes, produce conversions, and random kitchen references that I have come across while researching recipes.

Some of these are modern. Some are vintage. Some may vary a little depending on size, brand, or how something is chopped, packed, cooked, or measured. But I wanted one big place where I could quickly look things up without digging through ten different cookbooks every time I needed an answer.

I’ll keep updating this guide as I find more information and better references along the way, so check back because this list will continue to grow over time.

Hopefully this helps make cooking and ingredient amounts a little easier.
