Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup catsup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1` about 15 ounces Spanish rice (or homemade equivalent)
  • 1 about 15 ounces ranch-style beans (or homemade equivalent)

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly.
  2. Stir in Spanish rice, ranch-style beans, catsup and Worcestershire sauce
  3. Cook until heated through.
  4. Serve over toast or with buttered bread and a salad
