Ingredients
  

  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 cups dry sugar cookie mix (from a bag/box)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • holiday sprinkles for the top (optional)

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add: sweetened condensed milk, butter and white chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.(It usually takes 1½–2 minutes total, depending on your microwave.)
  4. Stir in the vanilla and almond extract.
  5. Add the dry sugar cookie mix and mix well. The mixture will become thick — that’s what you want.
  6. Spread the fudge into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Add sprinkles over the top while it’s still warm so they stick.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.
  9. Lift out using the parchment paper, cut into squares and enjoy
