- Mix and store in an airtight jar up to 6 months. Shake before using.
- Use 1½ to 2 tablespoons seasoning per pound of meat (chicken, beef or pork)
- Toss meat with a little oil, add seasoning, cook as usual.
- Works great for skillet fajitas, sheet pan meals, or grilled meat.
Notes
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1/2 tsp oregano for a more Tex-Mex flavor.
