- MIX: all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until cornstarch is well blended. STORE: in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
- HOW TO USE: (per pound of meat) Brown 1 pound of ground beef or turkey or chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add 2½-3 tablespoons of seasoning mix. Pour in ¾ cup of water.
- Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
