Fat Bombs

This no-bake candy comes from a community cookbook and relies on a microwave shortcut that makes it fast, practical, and perfectfor sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • ¼-¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Method
 

  1. 1. Lightly coat a 9×9-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
    2. Place the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and confectioners’ sugar into a microwave-safe bowl.
    3. Microwave in short intervals, stirring well between each round, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is mostly smooth.
    4. Stir gently to fully combine, being careful not to overmix.
    5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
    6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm.
    7. Cut into 1-inch squares and arrange on a serving plate.

Notes

  • These are rich and sweet, so small squares go a long way.
