Homemade Onion Soup

This easy homemade onion soup mix is made with dried onions and simple spices. It works as a convenient replacement for store-bought onion soup mix packets and is perfect for dips, soups, roasts, and casseroles.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Stir until the spices are evenly mixed.
  3. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
  4. Servings: about 3 tablespoons (1 packet equivalent)
