- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties about ¾-inch thick.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each patty and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange the patties in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 450°F for about 15 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and the patties are heated through.
- Serve with your favorite mushroom gravy or sauce.
