Ingredients
  

  • lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • tsps salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 8 bacon slices

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties about ¾-inch thick.
  3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each patty and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange the patties in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake at 450°F for about 15 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and the patties are heated through.
  6. Serve with your favorite mushroom gravy or sauce.
