Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Use only half of the seeds (sunflower or sesame).
- Using the oil, grease a loaf pan or casserole dish. Season the top of the loaf with parsley, oregano, paprika and the rest of the seeds.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes.

- This freezes well.
