Tater Tot Pizza Crust

This weird but delicious tater tot pizza crust turns everyone’s favorite frozen side dish into a crispy, cheesy base for pizza toppings. It’s kid-approved, budget-friendly, and way easier than making dough from scratch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 oz Bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (mixed into the crust)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • Pepperoni, olives, mushrooms — or your favorite toppings

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    2. Thaw tater tots, then crush them in a large bowl.
    3. Add mozzarella cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    4. Press mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet (about ½ inch thick. Press it down with your hands as much as you can).
    5. Bake for 20 minutes, until edges are golden and crisp.
    6. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
    7. Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
    8. Slice and serve!
